WOW
Awesome workout.
Went spinning last night, down the leisure centre, Ann Marie took the class. There was Dale, me and 12 from Furness Cavaliers Football club, what an absolute brilliant workout. I'll not lie it was bleeding hard work and i found it very hard going but we all got so much out of it. Ann Marie was fantastic getting us all working hard and really pushed us to the limit. If anyone out there has fancied trying a class don't be afraid just give it a go and you won't be disappointed.
Got weighed on Monday lost another 4 pound's which i think was amazing because i had a night out on sat and a wee drink on fri, but i did do an extra workout at the gym on sunday to try and sweat a bit out. The gym is going really well and the session's are becoming more and more varied which is refreshing and stopping us getting fed up of doing the same thing all the time. I think the secret is to ask one of the instructor's if your getting tired of your routine and they will help you set up something different for you.
We're still on the look out for some more sponsor's standing at around £300 at the moment but would really love it if we could make £500 by the end of our escapade.so if you fancy donating pop in the shop and make a pledge please :-).
